Management Performance Process

 Sometimes we come across in small or msme kind of organization whether to implement performance management process or not.


Even management feels why to offend employees by giving feedback. 

In back of mind as a CEO, you have a fear you may lose some employee in this process, so 'why to rock the boat' if people are happy.


In absence of feedback there is no chance that your company will perform optimally across every dimensions.


Directions without course correction will seem fuzzy and obtuse. People will focus on correcting their weakness which they are not aware of.


In short, companies will execute well when everyone is on the same page, and everyone is striving hard on improving.
