As Monday approaches, we all leaders prepare 'to-do' list for coming week or weeks. We focus more on 'things to do'.
Have ever tried to prepare 'stop doing' list?
We have been programmed and our minds are conditioned that we bring momentum by doing.
And that's is why we have ever expanding 'to-do' list , trying to build momentum by doing, doing and doing more.
But, we fail to realise that it hardly works this way.
Those leaders who have brought a transformation in companies and could build good to great companies, made more of 'stop-doing' than 'to-do' lists.
By doing this those leaders have displayed a remarkable approach to eliminate all extraneous junk activities.
And when we hear about such companies we get 'Awe' feelings for them.
