Don't expect that your coach will change your life.
Your coach will not change your life.
Only you have the ability and only you can change.
Your coach is your guide.
Your coach is someone sitting beside you with maps and tour guides when you are driving.
Maybe he has better knowledge about the terrain you are driving in.
He does not tell you where to drive, that decision is still with you.
He is just making you aware of the turns and blocks you may encounter on your way to your destination.
Remember, the steering wheel and the entire control is in your hands, your coach is just guiding you.
Despite coach guidance, you can still make your ride either a smooth or bumpy ride.
A coach can not change your experience unless you want it to change.
Your coach is not a change-maker, your coach is a change-facilitator.
