Let us assume, if you own a zoo, how you will place animals in your zoo?
You wouldn’t put an elephant in the cage.
You wouldn’t put penguins and polar bears in the dessert section.
You wouldn’t place the birds in an open area from where they can fly away.
You wouldn’t put snakes and python in a section with open bars where they can be dangerous for the visitors.
When you have Hippo, you know it well it needs a water pond in his area.
When we have monkeys, we provide swings and tree branches in their area for them to jump around.
When we have rabbits, we provide grass and greener patches in their area for them to feel comfortable.
If we can realize and understand it well and if we find a way to ensure that animals are kept in conditions that best match their unique needs and enables them to thrive, why do so many people spend their lives in jobs and companies that don’t match their skills and values?
An average person works for 40 years. Why would we spend 40 years in a situation that we aren’t made for?
Something to think more deeply and seriously.
